Chris Mihaletos is the CEO of MACK Management, LLC. He has successfully owned and managed businesses over 32 years. Chris is a seasoned CEO, investor and entrepreneur dedicated to hard work, excellence in every encounter, and relationships built on best-in-class service. Prior to founding MACK Management, Chris was Founder and CEO of AIMS Companies, the leading industrial and municipal services contractor in the U.S. Chris retired as CEO in 2022 to focus on the growth of his other business ventures. Today, Chris and his family office are still majority shareholders in AIMS Companies. In his role as CEO of MACK Management, Chris works with the team to oversee the company’s private equity and real estate investments. He is actively involved in expanding MACK’s portfolio of commercial and industrial properties and majority investments in operating companies and service-based businesses.

Joseph has 10+ years of M&A experience in many capacities including investment banking, corporate development and private equity. As Vice President, he is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisition opportunities, planning and executing strategies to meet organizational objectives, financial analysis and reporting for the Company’s financial partners. Prior to MACK Management, Joseph was the Corporate Development/M&A Manager with AIMS Companies. At AIMS, he worked closely with the Company’s c-suite and private equity sponsor to successfully close 5+ add-on acquisitions and implement multiple strategic initiatives. Prior to joining AIMS Companies, Joseph worked for JDB Capital Partners where he was actively involved with the investment and portfolio company activities of the firm.

Lynn comes to MACK Management with over 20 years of accounting and tax experience.  She joined us after being the Controller for a family-owned real estate investment company, for the last seven years.  With her background, she brings a wealth of knowledge and processes to help streamline the office. She believes everyday brings a new adventure and looks forward to conquering any challenges with the amazing team here at MACK.

Denise is thrilled to be the newest member of the MACK team!  She is an Arizona CPA, who previously worked as a Controller in the construction and healthcare industries.  Her background includes working for privately held, family-owned companies.  Denise is passionate about helping organizations achieve financial stability and growth through strategic planning and cost-effectiveness.

As Executive Assistant and Operations Support for all the MACK-related companies, Carlyn is involved in many areas of the businesses. Carlyn’s background in the fast-paced environment of assisting various industries at the executive level has given her the skills that go into fostering relationships with tenants, vendors, and business associates. Her many years of experience allows her to utilize the necessary management dexterity that has been learned over a broad span of time.
